Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar,
    water
    and syrup and cook until it threads when poured from a spoon.
    Pour mixture over beaten egg whites and beat
    until
    stiff\tand
    cool.
    Add
    powdered sugar until mixture is thick.
