Lemon Yogurt Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lemon yogurt
    3 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In blender, blend yogurt and Ricotta cheese until smooth. Combine eggs, sugar and flour until smooth and add to blended cheese mixture; blend.
    Add vanilla and salt; blend.
    Add juice and peel; blend.
    Pour into greased 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
