Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. serving instant potatoes (Hungry Jack only)
    4 oz. cream cheese (regular, not light)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes as directed, except no butter.
    Add all other ingredients; mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
