Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cut 2 large sweet potatoes in slices.
Cook over medium-high heat until soft.
Drain and mash (3 cups).
Mix all ingredients; pour into baking dish.
