Less Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. dry lasagna noodles (9 noodles)
    24 oz. Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Sargento light Mozzarella cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil noodles 8 to 10 minutes and dry.
    Mix together spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, sugar and Parmesan cheese over low heat. Spray an 8 x 12-inch dish with Pam spray.
    Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mix in bottom of dish.
    Lay 3 noodles on sauce.
    Cover with sauce mix, then Mozzarella cheese.
    Continue until 3 layers high.
    Top with reserved 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven (glass or metal pan) for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings, 7 ounces each.
    Each serving contains 269 calories and 8 grams of fat.
