Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and smooth. Gradually blend in milk. Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly. Gradually add milk mixture. Stir in orange rind and juice. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
