Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
plain cornmeal
Preparation

Debone salmon as much as possible and drain; mash up.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add egg.
Add flour and work enough plain cornmeal into mixture that it can be made into patties to fry (not too wet).
Get oil medium hot and pattie out into oil.
Fry (medium) until brown and turn over and fry until brown.
