Homemade Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk (enough to make dough soft)
1 egg
pinch of salt
Preparation

Have broth boiling easy and carefully spoon in the dumplings. Cover and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and let steam for 5 minutes.
