Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 medium can enchilada sauce
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    salt to taste
    1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain fat.
    Add chili powder, garlic, sauce, tomatoes, salt and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with tortillas.
    Top with half meat mixture, then half the cheese.
    Repeat tortillas, meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes.
