Jalapeno Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 large pkg. yellow rice
1 medium jar pimientos
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small jar chopped jalapeno peppers
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken completely.
Remove from broth, cool and debone. Cook your yellow rice in remaining chicken broth.
If necessary, you may have to add a little more water.
After rice has cooked completely, add chicken, cream of chicken soup, pimientos and jalapeno peppers.
Stir well.
Pour into baking dish and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
