Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. California blend vegetables (20 oz.)
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    onion flakes
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/4 c. water
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Butter casserole baking pan.
    Put in vegetables. Pour 1 cup uncooked Minute rice and sprinkle onion flakes on top.
