Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium-large grated raw potato
    1 can consomme
    1 can kraut
    celery seed to taste
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.\tAdd to potato, consomme, kraut, celery seed and brown
    sugar.
    Place
    all in greased casserole and bake 40 minutes at
    350\u00b0.
    Especially
    good
    with
    fowl or fish.
