Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine (do not use low-fat margarine)
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pt. jar plain/smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 jar Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine and milk.
Cook on low heat.
After it begins to slow boil, allow it to boil 10 minutes.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add Marshmallow Creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until mixture becomes stiff. Pour into lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
