Rosh Hashanah Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. honey
    1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed (undiluted)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. brewed coffee
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Grease and line 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans with waxed paper; set aside.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and salt.
    In a small bowl, combine honey, orange concentrate, oil and coffee.
    In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat eggs.
    Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
    Blend in dry ingredients alternately with orange mixture. Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter in prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Remove loaves.
    Cool completely.
    Remove waxed paper before serving.
