Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pan cornbread
    1 small can English peas, drained
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can diced carrots, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    2 c. grated cheese, optional
    Mayo
Preparation
    Crumble cornbread up fine, add peas, corn, carrots, mushrooms, and onion.
    Add cheese if desired.
    Add enough mayonnaise to mix well.
    Chill several hours before eating.
