Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 heads romaine lettuce
    1 lg. bottle or paste salsa
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1 package Monterey Jack Cheese
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon cumin
    4 tablespoon olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    small bottle catilina dressing (optional)
Preparation
    Wash lettuce; let drain.
    Heat lg. skillet and add oil.
    Saute meat; add salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin.\tCook meat until crumble, let meat drain.
