Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    4 to 6 carrots
    6 potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    4 to 5 small onions
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Layer vegetables and meat with onions on top.
    Add tapioca, salt, sugar and tomato juice. Cook 2 1/2 hours, then stir and cook another 2 1/2 hours.
