Chunky Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 smooth good potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    bacon bits
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Chop potatoes in small chunks, leaving the skins on.
    Dot butter evenly on top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, bacon bits and shredded cheese.
    Microwave covered casserole dish for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
