Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced or food processed
    1 small onion, chopped or food processed
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 to 2 carrots, diced
    4 oz. meat, diced fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in chicken broth until very tender.
    With potato masher, mash through mixture a couple of times to mash some of the potatoes.
    Add meat and continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally while preparing white sauce.
