Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1 lg. bag Doritos
    1 med. onion diced
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Bake chicken breasts, cool, cut into cubes.
    Mix together both cans of soup, broth, Ro-Tel and onion in large bowl.
    Place 1/2 bag of doritos into bottom of greased casserole dish.
    Place cubed chicken on top of doritos; pour soup mixture over chicken and doritos, slice velveeta cheese and place on top of soup mixture crush other 1/2 bag of doritos and cover the top of casserole. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bubbles up and cheese is melted.
