Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed chuck
    4 carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bouillon cube
    2 onions, sliced
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. Minute unflavored tapioca
    1/2 c. burgundy wine
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except potatoes and carrots, into casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Add carrots and potatoes.
    Cook for another hour.
