Pork Tenderloin Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork tenderloin
2/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger
Preparation

Place pork tenderloin in glass dish.
Mix rest of ingredients for marinade.
Pour over meat.
Marinate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight; turn occasionally.
