Ala Pilaf(Low-Fat Instead Of Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. cracked wheat
    1/4 tsp. dill
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. beef or chicken broth
Preparation
    In frypan, melt butter; add vegetables and cracked wheat. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
    Add seasonings and bouillon broth; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Delicious.
