Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Stir in sauce and water.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper.
    Spoon meat sauce over bottom of oblong dish.
    Alternate layer of noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, ending with sauce.
    Cover with plastic and cook in microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Cook 30 minutes more on Medium-low (40% power).
    Top with Parmesan cheese and let stand, covered, at least 15 minutes.
