Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. pecans, broken up
1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Dump in the undrained crushed pineapple and swirl around to fill corners.
Dump in cherry pie filling and push it around so it is even.
Sprinkle dry cake mix all around to cover.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts over mix.
Cut oleo into patties and place on top.
Do not mix.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve just as is or with dab of Cool Whip or whipped cream.
