Green Beans With Walnut Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    3 qt. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Wash beans; trim ends.
    Bring water to a boil in a pan; add beans.
    Cook for 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans and toss gently.
    Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold.
    Serves 8.
