Barbecue Buffalo On Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. buffalo (beef may be substituted)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. oil
    1 jar Chi Chi salsa
    1 (12 oz.) bottle K. C. Masterpiece original sauce
    buns
Preparation
    In a large skillet, add onion and brown in oil.
    Add meat. Brown and break it up as soon as it cooks.
    Add salsa and barbecue sauce to mixture.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Spoon on bun.
    Shredded lettuce and cheese are good toppings. Enjoy.
