Fried Rice With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into small pieces
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, cooked and scrambled very soft
    2 scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Stir-fry rice in hot oil for 1 minute. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce. Stir until heated through. Add eggs, scallions and bacon. Stir to mix and serve.
