Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. very ripe, crushed bananas
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together the sugar and shortening in a large mixing bowl.
    Add slightly beaten eggs, bananas and Bisquick.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add nuts to mixture and blend. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (Pam works well).
    Bake 1 hour.
    Remove from pan and cool before slicing.
