Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
    Put apples in buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Make crumbs with flour, butter and brown sugar.
    Mix until little balls form. Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
    Pat down.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes; 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes for glass pans.
