Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 lb. margarine
    2 bottles ketchup
    3/4 bottle Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 dashes Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook all in boiler slowly about 1 hour before using.
    Store leftover sauce in refrigerator.
    Keeps well.
    Brush over Boston butt, sliced 1 inch thick, or chicken.
    Cook slowly and brush with sauce after each turn.
    Takes a long time, but oh, oh, oh so good!
