Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Pioneer yellow corn bread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can cream style corn
1/2 (6 oz.) can jalapenos, minced
1 1/2 c. sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
