Ozark Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/8 c. granulated sugar
    3/8 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    2/3 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugars and egg together.
    Mix flour, baking powder and nutmeg together.
    Add to sugar and egg mixture.
    Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in a greased 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Serves 4.
