Roast Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 to 16 lb.) turkey
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 onion
1 orange
Preparation

Wash turkey and pat dry.
Stuff cavity with quartered carrot, celery, onion and orange.
Rub salt over skin and follow with melted butter.
Place turkey in brown grocery bag.
Put in shallow baking dish and close end, tucking under.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven and tear open bag to reveal beautiful golden brown turkey with moist meat.
