Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can cream of chicken
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    3 tubes Ritz crackers
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts and shred meat. Melt butter in large bowl. Break crackers up and pour into butter along with poppy seeds. This is your top and bottom crust. Spread 1/2 cracker mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix chicken, soups and sour cream and spread over crackers. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with fresh salad.
