Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
grated rind of lemon
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 stick soft margarine
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat together the lemon rind, eggs, buttermilk and margarine.
Stir in dry ingredients just until mixture is wet.
Stir in blueberries. Spoon in muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
