Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. frozen coconut
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir in half of dry ingredients into sugar mixture and blend well.
Stir in remaining dry ingredients alternately with eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add carrots; mix well.
Add pecans and mix well.
Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into lightly oiled pans.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
