Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Fontina or Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts with skin
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix cheese, parsley and bread crumbs with melted margarine; set aside.
    Put 1/4 cup of cheese mixture in middle of breast; fold in half.
    Cover with 1/4 cup mixture (under skin).
    Sprinkle with paprika (on top of skin).
