Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow pudding cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture on top of the cake batter and marble with a spatula.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until done.
Cool in pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
