Sweet Potato Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (may use pumpkin)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together these ingredients.
    Grease bottom of jelly roll pan (10 x 15 x 2-inch) and line with waxed paper.
    Pour mixture on wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    When done, roll up with paper while hot and refrigerate until cool.
