Debbie'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bake pie shell and set aside. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together. Sift the mixture and set aside. In a medium size saucepan, mix, milk and egg yolks. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until almost boiling. Then add the dry ingredient mixture slowly. Stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Use electric mixer to blend in vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
