Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sausage (links or bulk)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (9 1/2-inch) pie crust or frozen deep dish crust
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. onion or 1/3 c. green pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Fry sausage; drain and cool.
    Coat cheese and sausage with dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Pour sausage mixture into pie crust.
    Add veggies, then pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and filling is set.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes, then slice and serve. Serves 6.
