Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix meat and cracker crumbs which have been soaked in milk. Mix other ingredients together.
Pour 1 cup of this mixture over meat and crackers.
Make into small balls.
Place into baking dish.
Pour rest of liquid over meat.
Cook in oven at 400\u00b0 for 40 or 50 minutes.
