Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can drained Shoe Peg corn
1 can French-style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick real butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix together soup and sour cream. Add all other ingredients. Spray casserole dish with Pam and add mixture. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top, then pour melted butter over top of crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
