Cassava Bibingka(Snack) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 pkg. shredded cassava
    1 pkg. young coconut
    1 can coconut milk
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can condensed milk (like Eagle Brand)
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients in a big mixing bowl.
    Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed (no lumps).
    Pour in a baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Check while baking, like what you would do when baking a cake.
    When almost done, pour the condensed milk on top, making sure that it is evenly distributed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 top 450\u00b0 until it's caramelized.
    Serve warm or cold.
