Stromboli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves Riches frozen bread
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/2 lb. cooked salami
1/2 lb. or 1 pkg. pepperoni
1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage, partially cooked
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 (3 cup) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
onions, chopped (optional)
peppers, chopped (optional)
mushrooms, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Let bread rise.
Pat out dough on 2 greased cookie sheets. Spread mustard lightly.
Layer ham, American cheese, salami, Provolone cheese, pepperoni, sausage (sliced in bite-size pieces) and Mozzarella cheese.
Also, you can add any of the optional items between meat and cheese.
Roll up side of dough over meat and cheese to close.
Use just enough water to seal ends (toothpicks may have to be used to hold dough together).
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with side of spaghetti sauce.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
