Shrimp Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked, clean shrimp
    1 c. minced green onion
    1 c. parsley
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix parsley, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Combine cooked, clean shrimp and onion.
    Refrigerate in dressing overnight, stirring occasionally.
    Serve.
