Whole Wheat Breadlubbock, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 to 4 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. water.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well then add whole wheat flour and then unbleached flour.
    Knead then let raise 1 hour.
    Knead again, let raise until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it sounds hollow.
    Makes 2 loaves.
