Mater-Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, diced
1/4 stick butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. parsley
8 oz. whole tomatoes, chopped
2 to 3 medium potatoes, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter and add oil to skillet.
Saute onion and add parsley.
Add tomatoes, potatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat or until potatoes are done.
