Orzo(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. orzo pasta, cooked
3 large onions
3 green or red peppers or green, red and yellow, chopped
2 cans mushrooms stems and pieces or fresh mushrooms, sliced (1/2 lb.)
1/4 lb. margarine
2 cans French fried onions
Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in half of the margarine until soft; add mushrooms and cook a bit longer. Add this mixture to the cooked orzo to which the rest of the margarine has been added. Mix thoroughly. Add 1 can fried onions and mix. Pour into greased 2 1/2 or 3-quart (or 9 x 12) dish. Top with second can of French fried onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until crisp and browned. Enjoy.
